Thank you for considering to advertise your business within the Aussie Dog Parks & Dog Friendly Business Directory and through our Facebook page.

BEFORE submitting an application to Aussie Dog Parks & Dog Friendly Business Directory (ADP), you should read and understand the following terms, conditions, and processes. By submitting an application, the applicant (The Advertiser) legally agrees to the terms, conditions, and processes listed. 

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that all information provided to ADP, apart from the information published within an ADP business listing, will always remain confidential and will never be shared or sold to a third party. 

APPLICATION SUBMISSIONS:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP will only consider applications that align within the dog friendly business genre.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP will only consider applications from businesses that trade in Australia; this is ADP's contribution to supporting our country. 
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP will assess each application for its dog friendly business compatibility, however, ADP has the right to decline any application without disclosing the reason(s) for their decision.
  • The Advertiser supports all dog training that is conducive to the assessed temperament traits of each dog.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP has the final decision into which dog friendly category their business listing will appear. If there is nil agree between both parties, ADP will not further progress the application, and a refund of the deposit will be granted.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP does not place a limit on how many businesses of similar nature may be advertised within a particular dog friendly category, a trading area, and /or its surrounding suburbs.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a business listing will appear in the 'location search function' based on the business’s actual address of trade. i.e. The retail address of the business.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that if their business trades from multiple locations, they are required to complete a separate application per trading address. The Advertiser acknowledges that each application incurs its own advertising fee. 

INVOICING, DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that if their application is successful, they will be issued with a detailed tax invoice from ADP.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges and agrees to pay a 50% deposit to commence work and full payment upon completion.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that payments can be made by either direct deposit into the ADP bank account or by credit card via PayPal. The Advertiser does not need to have a PayPal account to use this service; they can use the 'PayPal Guest Checkout'. Each invoice has an easy to use 'Pay Now' link embedded into each invoice.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that their business listing will not be fully published or promoted on the ADP Facebook page until final payment has been received.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a request for a delayed payment plan or the like will be declined. 

PUBLISHING:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that it may take up to five business days from receipt of full payment for their business listing to appear on the ADP website and the ADP Facebook page.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that the agreed period of advertising will only commence from the full payment date. 
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that if at any time they desire to withdraw their business listing from the ADP website, they are to forward their request to  This action may take up to five business days to process.

BUSINESS LISTING’S CONTENT:

  • The Advertiser agrees to provide ADP with accurate and current information at the time of the application.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that should amendments need to be made to their business listing, e.g. telephone number, or website address; the Advertiser will email the new details to ADP, of which, modifications will be made within five business days.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that it is their responsibility to regularly review their businesses listing on www.aussiedogparks.com.au

LEGAL & ETHICAL ADVERTISING STANDARDS:

  • The Advertiser grants ADP permission (licence) for the term of their advertising subscription to use any information and any images that are available on their business website or on any of their business social media platforms.
  • The Advertiser agrees to immediately advise ADP if any information or images that have been used in preparing/drafting their business listing is either incorrect or misleading.
  • The Advertiser agrees that failure to advise ADP of any errors automatically transfers legal liability to the Advertiser.
  • The Advertiser agrees to have their business listing promoted on the APD Facebook page and any other ADP social media platforms.

FREE LISTINGS:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP is only offering a free listing within the 'Dog Friendly Events Calendar', 'Dog Rescue Groups' and 'Visitor Information Centres' categories to not-for-profit organisations. 
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that these free listings are a gift to the community and not an entitlement.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a commercial business that offers regular dog-friendly events as part of their products and services will be charged a fee to have their dog-friendly events included within the 'Dog Friendly Events Calendar'.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a commercial business that offers irregular dog-friendly events as part of their products and services may be granted a fee waiver to have their dog-friendly event included within the 'Dog Friendly Events Calendar'.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a free listing with the 'Visitor Information Centres' category does not include a comprehensive business description or any Facebook promotional posts.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP will assess each application for its dog friendly compatibility, however, ADP has the right to decline any application without disclosing the reason(s) for their decision.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a 'Dog Rescue Groups' listing will only appear in the 'location search function' based on the actual address of the rescue group’s facilities.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a 'Dog Friendly Events Calendar' listing will only appear in the 'location search function' based on the actual location of the event.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a 'Dog Friendly Events Calendar' listing will expire from the 'Dog Friendly Events Calendar' at midnight on the event’s finish date.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP aims to publish these types of listings as soon as possible, however, other work demands within the ADP office will take precedence.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that the earlier an application is submitted, the sooner it will appear within either one of these categories.

SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a month before the expiration of their advertising subscription, ADP will email the Advertiser a quote for the next advertising period.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that if they do not contact ADP before their business listing’s expiration date, and ADP are unable to contact the Advertiser; ADP will automatically unpublish the Advertiser’s business listing and will also delete all Facebook promotional posts created within their subscription period.

REFUNDS:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a refund will not be granted after a business listing has been paid for and published.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that a change of business ownership during the subscription period will not warrant a pro-rata refund. 
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that if their business ceases to trade during the subscription period, a pro-rata refund will not be granted. 

REPORTING:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that ADP will not provide any website or Facebook activity reporting. 
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that this nil reporting policy has been established so that ADP can maintain low administrative costs to then provide 'Affordable advertising for all dog-friendly businesses'.

THE REFERRAL REWARDS PROGRAM:

  • The Advertiser acknowledges that the ‘Referral Rewards Program’ is only available to current advertisers as a way to say thank you for referring new business to ADP.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that reward points will only be allocated to them once the new business has paid for their advertising subscription.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that each new business subscription will generate five reward points towards their next renewal.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that one reward point has a comparable value of $1.00, however, it will not appear as a monetary credit on your account.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that there is not a limit on how many reward points that can be accrued. The more successful businesses referrals the advertiser makes, the more reward points your business receives.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that accumulated rewards points can be used as a discount value towards their next subscription renewal.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that should they decide to withdraw their advertising from ADP, the accumulated reward points (if applicable) will automatically become void.
  • The Advertiser acknowledges that this program is optional and does not incur any fees or charges.
